Our secure 16-bed facility has a multidisciplinary team that includes a psychiatrist, social workers, a rehabilitation therapist, registered nurses, recovery specialists, nurse practitioners, and peer recovery coaches.In this Clinical Director mid-level management position and under direct supervision of the Administrator, the Clinical Director provides leadership, coordination, and clinical supervision to multidisciplinary team(s) and/or program(s). Assists Administrator with quality improvement duties.Shifts Available:$5000 Sign On Bonus - Relocation assistance availableFull Time; AM 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Monday - FridayExpected starting wage range is $106,727.31 - $131,851.47. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.What You Bring to the Table (Must Have) Three years of postgraduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting. Assists with New Hire Orientation and ongoing training and mentorship for all clinical staff.
