Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Credentialed Veterinary
Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming cases on Pet Poison Helpline and animal nurse
lines regarding potential toxic exposures and general care
inquiries
Document each case in an electronic record and follow up to ensure
the well-being of the animals
Manage cases under pressure while providing accurate medical,
health, and safety information to callers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Active CVT/LVT/RVT License with at least 1 year of experience in a
veterinary clinic/hospital
Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends,
and holidays
Proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, Microsoft Office, and common
computer software
Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical calculations
Commitment to a 4-week paid remote training process
