Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Job Specialty: RN CVICU Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience required License: Registered Nurse Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Experience with TAVR patients - Experience using CRRT (Prismaflex) Job Description: - Provide high-level care for patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. - Monitor and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions, ensuring they receive optimal care. - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team. - Perform assessments and record patients' medical information accurately. - Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and lifestyle changes. - Maintain a sterile and organized environment to promote patient safety. - Participate in continuous education and training specific to cardiovascular care.
