The Behavioral Health specialist coordinates the necessary services, such as medical care, housing, and financial assistance, ensuring that the care plan is effectively implemented. This person will monitor and evaluate the clients' progress, making adjustments to the care plan as needed to improve outcomes. Additionally, as the Psychiatric Social Worker, you will advocate for clients, ensuring they receive appropriate and effective services, and provide emotional support and guidance to both clients and their families.
