Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Healthcare Scheduling,
Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervises and leads a team of Customer Service Representatives,
including scheduling, training, and evaluating associates
Provides ongoing coaching, counseling, and performance management
to team members
Tracks performance metrics and provides analysis and reporting to
identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Two years of previous supervisory call center experience
Experience in employee evaluations, corrective counseling, and
motivational techniques
Outstanding leadership abilities with conflict resolution
skills
Associates degree or higher preferred
Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology is a plus
