The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in semiconductor technologies, proven leadership experience, and a strong academic foundation. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive innovation, foster collaboration, and achieve outstanding results.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of TCAD and Multiphysics engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to advance our TCAD capabilities and Multiphysics modeling efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate TCAD results into product development processes.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
• Drive research initiatives and stay updated with industry trends to maintain our competitive edge.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Represent the team in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.Qualifications:
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor technologies, with a focus on TCAD and multiphysics modeling.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams in a semiconductor company.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, process technologies, and modeling tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
