• Increasing the average level of effectiveness of Meter with each successive hire you make
• Designing and operationalizing methods for identifying, evaluating and closing the best talent in the market
• Proactively nurturing communities of talent - for open as well as opportunistic headcount
• Amplifying Meter's employer value proposition through recruitment marketing resources and activities (e.g., job postings, social media and blog posts, targeted email, events, etc.)
