A company is looking for a Principal, HEDIS Data
Quality/Integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure HEDIS data is accurately captured and interpreted through
quality controls and validation processes
Implement regular data quality assessments and ensure compliance
with business rules and regulatory requirements
Identify and deploy tools and best practices to enhance data
quality frameworks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
8+ years of experience in data management, operations, or
warehousing
3+ years of experience leading teams or initiatives
cross-functionally
Comprehensive understanding of health plan operations and clinical
data warehousing
Working knowledge of HEDIS standards, processes, and reporting
