Job Description:
A company is looking for a Jr. Product Coordinator to support
product development and manage customer membership benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between customers, subject matter experts, and
internal teams to ensure effective training delivery
Coordinate training logistics, topic selection, and moderate
monthly calls for multiple clients
Conduct market and customer research to support product development
and improvements
Required Qualifications
A/BS degree or a minimum of 1 year of experience in product,
marketing, or client services
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and remote
communication platforms
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced
environment
Willingness to learn and grow into a product development
professional
Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
