Key Responsibilities
Assist customers by troubleshooting and resolving complex technical
issues
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and contribute equally
to team workload
Update or write help articles monthly and foster strong client
relationships
Required Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in customer support, preferably in B2B
SaaS
Proficient in troubleshooting Tier 2 support issues
Ability to learn new technology quickly
Must supply own internet and smartphone
Embody an optimistic attitude and emotional maturity
