Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Engagement Specialist to support
health needs screenings and educate members on plan benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule doctor appointments and assist members with health needs
screenings and payments
Educate members on available benefits and recommend preferred
providers
Identify barriers to care and participate in quality improvement
initiatives
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of sales
experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1+ years
of sales experience
Experience in member, provider, customer service, or call center
roles
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Experience in a high-pressure sales environment is beneficial
