Job Description:
A company is looking for an Access Counselor (Remote) -
Bilingual Spanish Speaking.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive patient engagement through inbound communications and educate
patients about services
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate
patient charts
Resolve inquiries and provide administrative support throughout the
patient journey
Required Qualifications:
1 - 3+ years in a full-time, patient-facing role in a healthcare
setting; call center experience preferred
Experience with patient accounts in a healthcare setting
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
Eligibility to work in the United States without visa
assistance
Knowledge of Google and electronic health record systems
