Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Design Supervisor responsible
for managing a team of product designers and collaborating with
cross-functional teams to create educational products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Product Designers to deliver engaging and
user-friendly designs on time and within budget
Translate product goals into actionable steps and contextualize
team goals within broader objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify problems and
generate innovative solutions while adhering to project
guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital
design, human-centered design, or a related field
5 years of work experience with web and/or print visual design
Expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Suites
A portfolio demonstrating strong visual sensibilities and a
thorough understanding of the design process
Understanding of the latest web software and technologies, with
familiarity with WCAG Standards
