Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Support Specialist
(Remote Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound client and provider inquiries and support
tickets
Assist with daily operational tasks and provide basic IT support to
providers
Update client-facing information and monitor the provider network
for issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or
equivalent
2 years of related experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace; experience with
Zoho One is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong
organizational skills
Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work
independently
