Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Experience Designer,
Tooling.
Key Responsibilities
Drive a holistic vision and strategy for agent tooling in
partnership with senior leaders across various departments
Lead multiple initiatives from inception to launch, ensuring
quality and adherence to design standards
Create system maps, user flows, prototypes, and page-level specs to
communicate design decisions effectively
Required Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on product design experience, with 2+ years in a
leadership role
Experience in designing for complex domain areas, preferably in
tooling
Proficiency in UX thinking, systems design, interaction design,
visual design, and prototyping
Track record of delivering high-quality products across multiple
platforms
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse
audiences
