Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recovery Specialist to oversee all
aspects of overpayment recovery for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage follow-up activities on all outstanding
overpayments
Prepare accounts for transition to collections vendor and monitor
their activity
Provide regular reports to management with trend analysis and
recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
4 years of experience in insurance or claims administration with
direct exposure to claim overpayment recovery
Knowledge of office procedures, Word, Excel, and accounts
receivable
