Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead of Forms Design to shape
user experience through intuitive and efficient form design.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of forms designers while fostering a
collaborative environment
Oversee the forms design process, ensuring alignment with business
goals and user needs
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user
feedback
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, or a related field;
Master's degree is a plus
Proven experience in forms design or user experience design with a
strong portfolio
Previous leadership or managerial experience is highly
desirable
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch,
or Figma
Strong understanding of user accessibility standards and compliance
requirements
