Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Outreach Representative
(remote).
Key Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls to validate provider demographic
information
Ensure accuracy of the provider database and compliance with HIPAA
regulations
Document discrepancies and report trends to improve data collection
processes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required
Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and report generation
Experience in IVR systems is a plus
Background in healthcare call center operations is desirable
Knowledge of payer processes and reimbursement procedures is
advantageous
